If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return in accordance with our returns policy.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

✓ Unwashed and free from any signs of use
✓ Returned with original packaging and labels where applicable

For hygiene reasons, towels that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be accepted for return.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
